Wireless... and Wireless Internet...
Generally speaking, when we talk about 'wireless' here on our wiki pages, we're referring to a built-in capability of most laptops nowadays to receive a 'wireless' signal within a cafe, a church, a business, etc. Free Internet locations. And of course the main purpose for picking up such a signal, is to immediately have access to the internet. (For a more technical discussion of 'wireless', you can read more at various Wikipedia pages.)
So let's oversimplify and simply equate 'wireless' and 'wireless internet' to mean we're talking about the same thing -- the ability to take your laptop to a place like the Unleavened Bread Cafe in Indy, or almost any Panera Bread location throughout the country, and use their internet signal (wirelessly) for free.
