Everyone agrees, we need to get our act together.  But how?  At the very least, we need to identify and link to the various youth-ministry collaborations that are starting to take place here....

  • Christian Mentoring Links in Indy.
  • DeVos Urban Initiative -- Is finishing the special training of 2 cohorts (15 youth pastor/leaders in each) here in Indy.  [contact Hank & Maureen Hankerson at Crossroads Bible College.
  • Crossroads Bible College is regularly training pastors/leaders from many churches across the area, to reach our city for Christ.
  • Indiana Youth Institute -- IYI is a non-profit, non-religious) is doing a great job collecting data and initiating great programs for urban youth.
    • Dennis Tooley, Central Indiana Coordinator.  Doing Youth Cafes... roundtable discussion & learning.  And has access to great data re youth in Indiana.
